ABOUT ME
Tracy is a wife and mom of three boys, ages 32, 20 & 18. She has a passion for helping others. When Tracy is not selling real estate you can find her enjoying quality time with family and friends. She also loves traveling, decorating, outdoor gardening and exploring new restaurants. Tracy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. She is a member of the Career Launch Team and a Productivity coach for her brokerage. She has served the past two years in a compliance role for her community Homeowner’s Association board and currently as the HOA President. EXPERIENCE
Tracy Richardson has been successfully representing buyers and sellers with their real estate transactions over the past 15 years. Her business is designed around a customer-centric approach with an emphasis on two main points: Service First and Client Care. Her goal is to make sure that she satisfies the unique needs of all clients. She is detail-oriented and she will guide you throughout your transaction to provide you with a smooth transition from contract to close! Before her real estate career, she worked a combined 14 years in the banking and accounting industries. Her previous work experience in the financial services sector afforded her the ability to utilize her keen negotiation skills when dealing with contracts and offers.
The real estate market is ever-changing and as a result, Tracy regularly attends professional development seminars and continuing education courses to further her knowledge and ensure that she is focusing on current conditions that affect today's buyers and sellers. She considers education for both clients and other real estate agents an important part of her role as a Realtor and Instructor.
